PhotoIQ is an AI-powered platform that provides automated keyword generation, IPTC metadata compliance, and scalable image processing services. Our service processes your images using advanced machine learning algorithms to enhance organization and discoverability of your digital assets.

4. User Accounts and Billing

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information during registration
• Payment of all applicable fees according to your selected plan

5. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and images. Images are processed securely and deleted from our servers after processing unless you choose to store them in your account. 6. Google Sign-In and User Data

When you choose to sign in using Google, PhotoIQ accesses and uses your Google account data as follows:

In no event shall PhotoIQ or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if PhotoIQ has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
