Refund Policy

Refund Policy – PhotoIQ (Subscription Service is provided via Stripe) Effective: December 1, 2025.

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions. You will continue to have full access until the end of the paid period.
  • Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of the initial signup or renewal and have not used the service (zero images processed), we will issue a full refund upon request.2. One-time Overage or Add-on Purchases
  • Purchases of additional image credits or one-time packs are non-refundable once the credits have been consumed or 24 hours have passed since purchase, whichever comes first. Additional credits have no expiry and sit on your account until redeemed.3. How to Request a Refund
  • Message us via the contact page with your account email and the word "Refund" in the subject line.
  • Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe.4. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Usage beyond the limits stated above.
  • Refunds requested after the 48-hour window and/or where any credits have been redeemed.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.5. Price Changes & Plan Downgrades
  • If we increase prices, existing subscribers keep their current rate until the end of their paid term.
  • Downgrading your plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.We built PhotoIQ to save you time and make your photos discoverable.
